Delivery & Returns
Tripp offer a standard 5 day delivery service for €9.99*.
Orders will be delivered within three working days from receipt of order (excluding Bank Holidays)*. If an order is placed before noon it may be delivered the next day, but this cannot be guaranteed.
All deliveries will be completed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately we are not able to delver at weekends. We will contact you immediately if there is likely to be any delay.
We deliver to any address in the Republic of Ireland. For deliveries to the UK please visit www.tripp.co.uk.
*Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Islands and the Scottish Highlands will take up to 7 working days to deliver. Please call our helpline if you require clarification.
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
Any delivery instructions should be entered in the delivery instructions section while ordering. Please note that Tripp is not liable for any loss or damage of delivery if you instruct us to leave it at other place than the delivery address (i.e. garden, shed, neighbour, etc).

If you are anything less than delighted with your purchase you can return it unused and in saleable condition within 28 days of reciept for a full refund.
This provision does not affect your Statutory Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, full details of which are available from our local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards department.
To arrange to return an item for a refund please call our helpline on 0845 345 6085 (UK) or 1 800 818 624 (Ireland) where we will be happy to assist in arranging a collection via special courier. Tripp will match the exact cost of returning the goods against the handling and delivery charges, so there will be no additional charge to you.
